Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be unused, unworn, and unopened
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at contact@lamaisonaurelian.comso we can make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:
  • Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return your original item once it’s approved, and place a new order for the item you want.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with standard returns, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
